Vegetarian & Vegan Chili Rellano Casserole

Recipe Ingredients
3/4 Cup Bisquick™
1-1/2 Cup milk
4 Eggs
1 Large can whole Ortega™ chilis
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
2 Cups grated Jack cheese




Recipe Directions
Split chilis, lay in 9"×13" pan.
Add layer of jack cheese.
Repeat until gone.
Separate eggs, beat whites til stiff.
Gently fold in yolks, Bisquick™ and
milk. Pour over chili's and cheese.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with cheddar cheese-SERVE
